I brought in clothes and they told me they were stained and worn. I brought in Jeans and they were not stained.
They also pulled they needed to be washed and they already were. I used to like the store but there a joke. I used to take my autistic son there to teach him how to do it. They had one bag per customer so he would bring in his own bag.
I told them thank you for helping my autistic son and the next week now they allowed two bags per customer. My autistic son quit going. The store isnt worth it.
They take worn out shoes and sale them. I took a pic.

They cant tell you when they will let you know your money is ready but after they text you, you only have 24 hours to pick up your money which is absolutely ridiculous and should be against the law. All they would say is it was to make if fair for everyone and I replied that wasnt fair to anyone and got no response.
I live 25 miles away and things come up.
A person should be allowed a week to pick up their money. This was at the Statesboro Georgia store.

I wish I had seen all the negative reviews before my visit, as it would have saved me time and energy. Unfortunately, this was my first and last experience at this establishment, which I found to be lacking in value.
I noticed that they offer significantly lower prices for new clothing with tags, and while the store attracts or tailored to a certain diverse clientele. I saw many middle-aged couples and older individuals, but the selection did not meet my expectations.
During my visit, I received an offer of $115 for 36 pieces of clothing and shoes, most of which were new with tags. Based on my observations, the items for sale seemed overpriced compared to what I could find elsewhere in terms of quality and style.
I was also concerned about the demeanor of some employees, who appeared unprofessional and at times disrespectful. I observed instances of loud conversations, including inappropriate language, (profanity), which detracted from the overall atmosphere.
Additionally, I witnessed some employees making light of clothing items due to a lack of familiarity with them, which I believe could be addressed through better training in customer service and professionalism.
The cleanliness of the store was another area that could use improvement.
A tidy environment reflects pride in the establishment and enhances the shopping experience.
Platforms online for selling will be more than what this place offers and it's for profits, just like Goodwill. There are thrift stores that support meaningful causes and operate as non-profits, such as Austin Pets Alive (APA). Customer service is beyond friendly, they get to know you by name, take the time to talk to you and go above and beyond in helping you, (the friendliest one is in Pflugerville). The Caring Place in Georgetown is run by elderly volunteers and are sweethearts.
Round Rock Serving Center. These organizations provide friendly service and foster a welcoming environment for ALL customers without judgement or rudeness.
I hope that the management considers providing additional training for employees to enhance their customer interaction skills, as this could significantly improve the overall experience for future visitors.
Please note that I have photos of the unclean floor and the employees, but I will refrain from sharing them at this time.

Brought in some professional wear for trade or donate. Front desk "manager" would not allow me to leave the store while they looked over my belongings. After 20mins I asked for the items back, they argued about returning my items, said I could just wait.
Overall was more about the poor attitude and communication on why I could not leave and accepting that time window did not work for my schedule.

Mansfield Tx location is a con you bring your items to sell then the clerks tell you that they are not worth anything then they tell you that the items will be donated to a good charity these crooks turn around your items and place them on the racks for resale. I seen my items multiple times and took pictures of my items right back for sale in the store location I'm currently working with an attorney.

I took 2 large bags of clothes and shoes, the majority of them still had tags, or worn once, etc. The lady gave me attitude like I was putting her out just to go through my items.
Then at last they finished going through my things and told me they were going to take x, y and z. That is it, literally like 3 items. I was paid 32 dollars which I was annoyed because I had such nice things in better shape then through Shein merchandise they sell at 3 times the price currently hanging on the rack, but I accepted. Whatever right?
Well I run an online boutique reselling my clothing, and as I start putting all their rejects back I realized there was quite a lot missing from my bundles. What do I do about that? I didn't have time to recheck all of my items as they are shoving me out the door. So basically they stole some of my clothing.
I wanted to just try them to see if I could get a good price on a larger amount of items than selling online piece by piece. Please beware, I would not sell here or shop here again. Back to the whole Shein thing, I have a real problem with that. You can purchase brand-new items from Shein for 3 and 4 dollars a piece, yet uptown cheapskate has the audacity to mark it up 3 x as much, used!
Sorry, this place really sucks. The people that work there act like you are bothering them, whether you are selling clothing or buying clothing, and it's just a whole attitude of a bunch of high school girls.

As I said before. There was clearly a sign with three different colors, remarked, it clearly said the different colors, and what the discount was when I went to pay the lady said no Im not honoring that discount it was up there and not taken down not only did I not get the discount that was advertised, but the lady was rude And never been so disappointed and a Store in my life.

Employees complaint
This was my first time coming in to sell clothes. I called your establishment first.
They mentioned nothing about only 2 bags a day. I had alot of top quality named brand clothes. They only took 7 pieces and did Not go through the rest of the bag. I felt those two young ladies were lazy as they told me alot of the stuff was missing buttons etc.
When I stated there's not 1 item with a missing button as most of the clothes still had tags on them and had never been worn then she stated well they're just nor going to work for us. The clothes were still folded a
Exactly like I had folded them. It took them exactly 5 minutes to go through 1 large bag of clothes that clearly had not been viewed by your staff. Worst experience I've ever had.
I took alot of time to pick the best of the best of what I had and in my opinion because your 2 employees were lazy and did not want to take the time to go through my items or for lack of a better term, they simply didn't do the job they were hired for. I was there Friday March 17th at 12pm.
I feel your establishment would have made alot of money off of my items but because of poor employees your establishment lost money. Thanks again.
